TECHNOTECS installed and commissioned membrane modules JHM35 at Moscow Oil Refinery.
Purpose of the work was to replace end-of-life MBR ultrafiltration membranes at biological treatment plants, to perform start-up and commissioning works, follow-up comprehensive and warranty testing.
Membrane module consists of membrane cassettes, combined in common header for filtered water discharge. Each cassette contains hollow membrane fibers combined in two headers for treated filtrate discharge. This technology allows to achieve quality of treated water that meets the requirements of its discharge into fishery water bodies. MBR technology is irreplaceable in the conditions of limited space for construction of treatment plants and high requirements to the degree of treatment.
Advantages of using membrane modules:
- maximum removal of suspended solids;
- increased system resistance to fluctuations in concentrations of contaminant;
minimizing the use of various reagents.
